How to request deletion
- Message support on WhatsApp at +91 73001 67893 from the mobile number registered to your account.
- Say “Delete my account” and include your user ID if you know it.
- We will confirm the request is yours before acting on it.
Before you ask
- Withdraw any remaining balance first — a deleted account cannot be paid out.
- Any open bets must be settled before the account can be closed.
What happens next
Once confirmed, we close your account and delete or anonymise your personal information. Some records — such as transaction history — may have to be kept for a limited period to meet legal, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations. They are not used for anything else and are deleted when that period ends.
We aim to complete requests within 30 days and will let you know when it is done.
